Industrial Parks
There are five industrial parks in Caroline County. One is located in Denton, two are located in Federalsburg and one in Ridgely.
Denton: The Denton Industrial Park totals 120 acres in Denton. All sites have access to electricity, municipal water, sewer, paved streets, and fire and municipal police protection.
Federalsburg: The Federalsburg Industrial Park totals 200 acres, the Frank M. Adams Industrial Park totals 55 acres, and the Caroline Industrial Park totals 100 acres in Federalsburg. These three parks have access to electricity, municipal water, sewer, paved streets, and fire and municipal police protection.
Ridgely: The Caroline Technology Park in Ridgely has 32 acres of fully-developed lots with public water, sewer, and utilities as well as in-place amenities that include parking lots and sidewalks. The Caroline Technology Park is adjacent to the Ridgely Air Park (3,500 foot paved runway being lengthened to 5,000 feet).
